Description:

This is a lower body and core workout that uses db's, kb's, hip thrusts, and a stability ball. If you only have db's you can use them in place of kb's and simply do a side plank raise without a stability ball if you do not have one. To get the most out of these exercises make sure you're challenging yourself and executing with proper form and full range of motion. If you have questions, ask them in the comments!
